Martin Ratcliffe
I am a British / German Coach & Business Professional, having worked in Business, Consultancy & Coaching in several sectors. I have worked with many companies (large & small) and have ran my own Consulting business.
I love coaching, in particular helping others work out what is right for them in their career, and supporting them in their next steps.
I am currently working through professional accreditation with the ICF (Intl. Coaching Federation), having trained in Coaching with Kingstown College, Dublin. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. I am married with 3 adult children, and really enjoy cycling & hiking. Oh and I used to teach windsurfing!
